Lady Gaga has lovely rosy tattoo on her back. The swirling bouquet of black-and-white roses is one of Mother Monster’s many tattoos.
Lady Gaga received this lower back tattoo when she was 22 years old and on the brink of stardom.
At that young age Lady Gaga was mostly working as a songwriter for other artists. She had also been touring and performing with ’90s boy band New Kids on the Block.
A little later her breakout hit ‘Just Dance’ transformed her from struggling musician Stefani Germanotta to international superstar Lady Gaga.
The roses tatted on Lady Gaga’s back are beautiful and extremely well done, and there’s a good reason for that — Gaga actually received the tattoo from acclaimed tattoo artist/television personality Kat Von D!
